How to Remove IPs From the Blacklist of Yahoo,Gmail, Hotmail

Introduction

This article introduces the steps to Remove IPs from the Blacklist of Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail 
 
1   Stop Spam
2  Verify that IP has a good reputation
3  Verify that IP is not listed in Spamhaus or other major public email blacklists
4  Verify that authentication records (PTR, DKIM, SPF) are correct
5  Submit IP blacklist removal request

2 Verify that IP has a Good Reputation

Please check IP reputation at https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/. If the reputation is bad, please submit a removal request.  

3 Verify that IP is not listed in Spamhaus or other major public email blacklists

Please verify that IP is not listed in Spamhaus or other major public email blacklists as google, yahoo, Hotmail will use their blacklists.

4 Verify that authentication records (PTR, DKIM, SPF) are correct

Please verify that authentication records (PTR, DKIM, SPF) are correct for the domains to send emails.

5 Submit IP blacklist removal request

  • Submit removal request in Yahoo
 
  • Submit removal request in Hotmail/Outlook/Live.com
 
  • Sumit removal request in Gmail
