During my visit, the security process at Spirit Airlines EWR Terminal was efficient and well-run. Due to the efficiency of the TSA personnel, the line moved steadily even though it was long during peak travel hours. Spirit employees were on hand to help passengers who were lost and direct them to the appropriate checkpoint. The process felt doable despite the simple facilities and the obvious signage. It was far less stressful than I had expected to get past security with a little forethought and patience.
