We would like to inform you of an upcoming IP migration affecting your services with us.  We need to transition some current IP addresses to a new range to ensure our network's continued reliability and security.

You have 2-3 weeks to prepare and execute the IP replacement task. The old IP will be unavailable after the due date defined by the IP provider. Please update the DNS records to point your applications such as websites, nameservers, emails, and SQL connection to the new IP as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your business.

2.1 Find Current Nameserver IP

Access intoDNS <https://intodns.com/> , enter your domain , you can get the nameserver information of your domain as the below screenshot.

2.2 Find Current Website IP

Method 1: Use the ping command

Check the IP that the domain currently points to by “ping Domain_Name”  in CMD.

• Open "CMD" on your local PC/server.

Press “Windows + R” to open the run command box. Input “cmd” and press Enter.

• Input “ping Domain_Name”. For example, “ping www.vps-mart.com”.  Then, press “Enter”.

• Check whether the returned IP is the IP of the server hosted by your website.

1.2 Method 2: Use the online search tool --intoDNS

Access intoDNS <https://intodns.com/>  to checks the DNS information of a domain.

• The DNS of the domain name is not acting as a proxy. Please check the screenshot below for details:

• Check the IP that the domain points to.

If you are using Cloudflare's nameservers, you cannot get the real IP via IntoDNS. You need to log into your Cloudflare account to get the IP.
