Introduction

This article describes how to resolved Mailenable "Unknown or Disabled User" issue .

Update Group policy

1.1 Open Group policy ->Computer Congiguration->Security settings->Local Policies->User Rights Assignment"

1.2 In the right hand pane locate the following policy "Act as part of the operating system" and right-click and select "Properties"

1.3 Click the Add button to add the “administrator” Windows account.

1.4 Restart IIS or the mail services for the changes to take effect.
