1Login to the Control Panel
2Click "My Server" Hosting Spaces
3Click “Databases ->MySQL 5.x”
4Create MySQL5 Databases
4.1Click "Create Database" under MySQL5 databases item
4.2Enter correct MySQL5 database name and click "Save" 
5Create MySQL5 database users
5.1Click "Create User" under MySQL5 Users item
5.2Enter correct MySQL5 user name and password
Please select the database name which you want the new user to have permission to connect.
6Map the created MySQL5 database and MySQL5 database user
6.1Click the created database
6.2Map the created MySQL5 database to the MySQL5 database user and save the changes
7Done.
