How to Place an SSL Order
Introduction
An SSL certificate encrypts the data that goes from a user's computer to the target website and back. Every time a user enters information into your site, the SSL makes sure that it can securely travel for their browser to your web server.
Following are the steps on how to place an SSL order from Database Mart.
1 Choose the right SSL certificate for your business
Database Mart provides four kinds of certificates (
https://www.vps-mart.com/SSL). You can choose one based on the level of the security needs of your website.
2 Fill in your details
If you are new to Database Mart (DBM), you will have to create a new DBM account before you place an order
If you are an existing customer, please click Existing Customer and log in to your account.
3 Confirm the order and make the payment
An email with the subject Database Mart LLC Order Confirmation will be sent to your registered email (a sample letter is attached). Please follow the instruction listed in the invoice to make the payment. If you save your credit card on our billing system, the payment will be captured automatically.
